DAILY QUEENSLAND LAW LIST
The Queensland daily law list is a vital tool for all lawyers conducting court proceedings on behalf of their clients. Queensland Courts publishes the daily law list (for the following day) at approximately 6:00pm AEST every afternoon.
The daily law list includes the Brisbane Supreme Court, Brisbane District Court and Brisbane Magistrates Court. The daily law list for all other Queensland courts is also available (here). The law list provides details about the hearing (whether that be a mentions, call overs, applications, trials and delivery of judgments) of all civil and criminal matters in Queensland Courts. Details of the time, date, and court number of all matters listed is provided.
Click on any of the links below to be redirected to the law list for that specific Court. Please note the onus is on you to ensure that the information is correct and is used correctly. Further details about the daily law list can be found on the Queensland Court website by clicking here. Recent decisions from the Supreme, District, Magistrates, QCAT and other jurisdiction can also be reviewed below.
